    Prior to taking the Protocol Training Test, please review the RHAPSODY-2 protocol which can be found in the RHAPSODY-2 Toolbox/Project Document in WebDCU™ and also on the StrokeNet Website (password required)

All test questions must be answered correctly to receive a passing score.

Obtain your score at the end of the test by clicking the "view score" link, or when you receive the email from Google Forms there is a link to click to "view score". Make a PDF copy of the test score and upload to WebDCU™ for the appropriate training module (Protocol, Biospecimen, Pharmacy, Heidelberg). For the imaging training, make a PDF copy of the email you receive when you are notified of a successful MRI image upload to LONI and upload to WebDCU™.

  • Outcomes Assessment Training

    Review the video and associated PDF for each assessment you will perform, check the pertinent boxes on the Outcomes Assessment Training Attestation form next to the training you completed, sign/date, then upload to WebDCU™. PDF

    • The Rankin Focused Assessment (RFA) training along with mRS certification is required for anyone assigned to responsibility AB (administer modified Rankin Scale) on the DOA. The 90-day mRS should be administered by someone who is blinded to treatment assignment and has not had any contact with the participant.

      Please note the RFA training does not constitute "certification" for the RFA.
